Send Me A Million Postcards.Com Privacy Policy - Effective 05/26/2010
The very short version....
A visitor may
send me a postcard and fully participate in any function or feature of the site and remain completely anonymous.
I ask and prefer visitors withhold any and all Personally Identifiable Information "PII" from all postcards, emails, and communications sent to me. Please use a publicly available postage stamp instead of a postage meter or online service.
The long Version....
A. Personally Identifiable Information collected:
1. Any PII appearing on a postcard mailed to me or scanned image file emailed to me, included but not limited to:
- Name
- Return Address
- E-Mail Address
- Internet Website URL
- Telephone Numbers
- Postage Meter Number, 2D Barcode, and other Indica
- Online Stamp Printing Service Stamp and Barcodes
2. Any PII appearing within plain text e-mail communications. (

B. How to protect your PII:
1. NOTICE! Postcards and scanned image files (and any PII contained thereon) are scanned and disclosed to the general public.
2. I recommend using a publicly available postage stamp instead of a postage meter or online stamp generation service.
3. I will not disclose PII received in a plain text email, unless subpoenaed by a court.
4. Any PII revealed is at the sole choice of the visitor. I ask and prefer that PII be withheld from all postcards, emails, and communications sent to me.
C. Other Stuff
1. I sell ads on my site. I am pretty sure any ad blocker should disable them.
2. I use standard log files to analyze aggregate traffic. No cookies or telephones here. :-)
